      What happens at the end of my trial?

      You can use InsurGrid for free. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page in your account at any time during or after your trial.

      What does the renewal process look like?

      Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.

      How do I upgrade or downgrade?

      Visit your billing page by going to Settings > Subscriptions. From there, you can change your plan and update your payment information.

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all major credit cards. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for transactions over $2,500.
